Effect shown in OpenShot 1.4 promo video

Hi guys,

Big fan of the software, I promote it whenever I possibly can.

My question should be a fairly simple one, yet has managed to elude me nonetheless. In this video promoting the new OpenShot 1.4 release, what is the effect being used for the blue "tron-like" text?

The exact text I am speaking of is also attached in this post as well. It's clearly a blue wire frame effect, likely done through the Blender animated title functionality. However using OpenShot 1.4.1-alpha-1, I am not seeing it? Is this because I am using a testing PPA for the software, thus this title effect was left out? Any help is greatly appreciated.
