Clip resize and positioning by dragging

Currently choosing size and position of a logo or picture in picture is quite unintuitive by guessing and entering absolute values inside the settings dialogue. As a preview window is anyway openend one could directly adjust size and position of the clip by dragging with the mouse arrow inside it.

May I push this a bit as a Youtube user suggested something similar on one of my videos.

I agree, this is a desirable enhancement to speed up openshot productivity for openshot users.
