Like I said in my previous post, I have a bunch of suggestions piled up, and here is the first one.
I think the default values for the Fade In and Fade Out options in the right click menu could be different. The "fast" fade is in my opinion not fast, but rather slow at 2 seconds. In my daytime job I am used to a default of one second for fades and dissolves, and this is also what I want when I apply a quick fade in OpenShot. I don't know the reasons for choosing 2 seconds, maybe there are good ones. So what I'd really like is to have the possibility for the user to set the defaults. If that's not possible I think one second could be a better value for the fast fade, and maybe 2 for the slow one.
Also, one should really be able to set the values of fade out and fade in different witout splitting the clip.
