Merging projects

Hello

I think that the ability to merge several projects could be very interesting. This allow to work on small projects and then consolidate a more complete project when you are satisfy with your work.

Yup I'd like this feature to! adding .osp files as another Project file would be very usefull

I agree. Once my projects reach around 50 edits, the preview gets so slow as to be unusable. So, to assemble a 10 minute video, I needed to do each 3:20 segment in a different project file, then join the rendered videos using mencoder. Fairly painful.

If I could have added the 3 .osp projects into a master project, then render that in one go, things would have been much nicer.

When you say the preview is slow, do you mean the drawing of the timeline, or the playing of the video in the preview window (or something else)?

The video in the preview window. The timeline slows down too but is still usable.
