Unable to burn exported project with Brasero on Ubuntu 11.10

Postby royalist » Thu May 03, 2012 3:18 pm

I want to create a video DVD with JPG images to play back with any UK based DVD player. The settings used are D/DVD 4:3 PAL. To the best of my knowledge I have made all the proper settings before exporting but the Simple tab does not offer the appropriate options and in advanced I have no idea which Codec to select.

Brasero always refuses to burn or to make an image file.

Any advice please

Hi,
Anyway, if you want to play them on a player, the best for you will be to create a DVD (or Cd) with an authoring software like Bombono DVD, Devede, Dvdstyler, 2Mandvd,....

However, reading a second time your question, you have the answer : "
I want to create a video DVD with JPG images to play back.............

The fact that you have audio clips, video clips or just photos in input is not a problem himself. You must just choose the Dvd format in the single tab for exporting your work. If you have a diaporama (and that's that) with or not transitions/effects, you produce a video film with some pictures. I hope that I am clear.....in my explanations... :? :o
