[FIXED]Simple (I assume) fix for iritating issue

If possible it would be nice to disable the ability to turn on and of the playing of sound and video when using the razor tool or the resize tool.

What i mean is. You know the eye and the speaker symbol you click on to say whether or not you want the clip to play its video/audio. Limit their ability to be clicked on to the cursor tool. I have often found that when I want to cut my video with the razor tool that the cut lies within the selection box of the eye tool or the speaker tool. Therefore I cut the clip where I want it cut and the resulting two clips on the time-line both have the video disabled. Since there is no point in having the tool work on these icons when you are cutting it seems to me to be a good idea to disable it.

in short make the cursor tool the only mouse tool capable of hiding/playing audio and video.

I have to agree with this. However, it's not a big deal (for me), but from time to time I feel & recognize the same than Rorkimaru.
