Problem with transitions

Postby Dogman » Wed Apr 13, 2011 11:51 am

Hello everybody,

I'm using OpenShot for making a film. It's almost finished, I only have to add some transitions.
But adding the transitions the way I want, does not work. The pictures do not overflow correctly.
In stead of the pictures flow over in each other, the picture that has to disappear during the overflowing, comes back in the film (one second).
(I hope I explain the problem correctly in my deficient English).
In a film, recorded from my display, I will show you what's the problem.
Maybe you could tell me how to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance,
Dogman

Try reversing the direction of the transtion (right click on the transition and there should be an option on the menu).

That does not work.
If I do that, the same thing happens at the beginning of the overflow.
Are there other solutions?

Try to make the transition longer, I think that would help.

If I make the transition longer, the problem is still there.

I also had this problem in the past and I solved this by creating a new track and put the clips on that new track from the time that the problem with the transition starts.

The problem is over, due to the last solution.
Thanks for helping me!
