Colour Temperature (color temperature for the americans :)

Hey Guys,

I'm wondering if it would be possible to implement a colour temperature effect? I have video from a few different sources, and they all balance the colour slightly differently - I think an effect as simple as that found in Google's Picasa with a hotter/colder slider would do the job.

My bad... Just noticed the white balance effect. This will (most likely) do the job I was looking for...
